Law & Finance

Der Cluster Law & Finance führt aus allen Abteilungen Expertise zusammen, um zentrale, insbesondere interdisziplinäre Fragen zu bearbeiten, u.a. zur Effektivität unterschiedlicher Regulierungsansätze für Finanzmärkte und -institutionen, wie sie in verschiedenen Rechtsordnungen in den letzten Jahren umgesetzt wurden, sowie die Auswirkungen gesetzlicher Regelungen zum Konsumentenschutz im Finanzbereich. Fragen der Unternehmensfinanzierung (corporate finance) werden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Financial Intermediation und Financial Markets behandelt.

Der Cluster wird eng mit der 2017 eingeworbenen DFG Kolleg-Forschergruppe zum Thema „Foundations of Law and Finance“ verzahnt sein.
