Michael Kosfeld is Professor of Management at Goethe University Frankfurt. He is director of the Frankfurt Laboratory for Experimental Economic Research (FLEX) and Coordinator Research Methods in Behavioral Finance at the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE. His primary area of research is behavioral, experimental, and organizational economics with particular interest in the analysis of social interaction, human boundedly rational decision-making, and the psychology of incentives.
