The project will focus on households that want to buy a house. In attractive locations, these households compete with other buyers to purchase their desired property, as the number of listed properties is limited. In this scenario, the project will address questions such as: What is the impact of subsidizing a particular group? What is the effect of a change in public policy that affects one group more than others? Do households respond to the policy by changing their preferences?
