Nicola Fuchs-Schündeln has been elected EEA Officer

Nicola Fuchs-Schündeln, Professor of Macroeconomics and Development at Goethe University Frankfurt and principal investigator at the Research Center SAFE, has been elected to the Council of the European Economic Association (EEA) for a term of five years, starting in January 2015. The EEA is the most important European organization of economists, with membership open to all persons involved or interested in economics.

Furthermore, Fuchs-Schündeln has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Review of Economic Studies for the period 2014-2017. The Review has the objective to encourage research in theoretical and applied economics, especially by young economists, and to publish the results in the Journal. The Review of Economic Studies is one of the core economics journals, consistently ranking among the top five titles.
