Ruggero Jappelli

Ruggero is a Ph. D. candidate at Goethe University Frankfurt and a researcher at the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE. During his studies, he worked at the research directorate of the European Central Bank and visited the Stern School of Business of New York University.

His main areas of research are asset pricing and macro finance, both theoretical and empirical. Before joining Goethe, he completed a Master of Science in economics and social sciences at Bocconi University, where he also received his bachelor's degree in economics.
