Introduction to FactSet
In this web seminar you will get introduced to FactSet as a company and learn all the basics of working with the workstation and navigating FactSet. In particular, you will get introduced to support and further learning possibilities, you will learn about the apps that will allow you to find, analyse and download company, industry and economic data (including M&A and ownership data), you will learn how to chart your data and you will get introduced to tools that allow you to create peer groups of companies and find investment opportunities (screening). In addition, you will be shown the FactSet Excel Add-In, which will allow you to work from within Microsoft Excel and create dynamic templates, access a template library, create graphs, download tables from PDFs and websites and download time series of data.
