On the occasion of Goethe University’s centennial, Edmond de Rothschild Group and Metzler Bank in cooperation with the Institut für bankhistorische Forschung, Frankfurt, donate a visiting professorship on “Financial History“ to the House of Finance/Center or Excellence SAFE at Goethe University. This professorship is the first of its kind at an economics faculty of a German university.
In the context of this visiting professorship distinguished experts in banking and financial history from Germany and abroad will be invited to share their research output and methods with researchers, students and the interested public in Frankfurt.
