Prof. Katja Langenbucher has received the Opus Magnum grant from Volkswagen Foundation for her book project on “Economic Transplants and the normative challenge”. The project offers a novel interdisciplinary approach, combining doctrinal work in capital markets law with economics, law methodology and philosophy of science.
Katja Langenbucher is Professor for Private Law, Corporate and Financial Law at Goethe University and a Principal Investigator at SAFE. She is also an affiliated professor of Institut d’Etudes Politiques (SciencesPo) in Paris. Her research focuses on capitals market law, European law and legal theory.
