Firms in the Labor Market: Recruitment, Wages and the Role of Financing Conditions
We aim to bring together high quality papers on labor market research with an emphasis on the role of firms in the labor market. Given the strength of the literature in quantitatively assessing theoretical models, the goal of the workshop is to promote the connection of theory and quantitative applications addressing policy relevant questions.
The key lecture will be given by Steven Davis (University of Chicago).
The workshop is co-organized by Fritz Thyssen Stiftung and the Research Center SAFE.
